The postholder is responsible for the supervision and coordination of manpower and vehicles to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of public transportation services, including the scheduled service, school services, and special events. They have decision-making authority regarding work schedules and special assignments, staff performance, disciplinary actions, and handling customer complaints as the first escalation point.

Requirements

The post holder must possess a minimum of three (3) years' experience working in transportation, two years of which must be at management level, and an Associates Degree in Transportation Planning, Management, Business Administration or other relevant subject matter. An American Management Association Certificate in Supervision or an equivalent is also required.

$106784 per year
