Works under the supervision of the Director of Public Prosecutions and in accordance with the departmental policies and procedures to provide administrative and secretarial duties to support the operations of the Department of Public Prosecutions. The Administrative Assistant also performs a range of clerical, accounting and payroll duties that contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the Department.

Requirements

The Administrative Assistant must possess good problem solving and organisational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication, inter-personal and customer service skills. Must have the ability to handle extremely confidential information. Must possess excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of three (3) year's experience providing administrative support at a senior level is required. The Postholder must have successfully completed the BSC or equivalent, together with an ILEX Diploma in Legal Secretaries or Diploma in Office Administration, or equivalent.

$76407.39 per year
