Family Centre is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and coordinate the operational systems, resources, and administrative functions that support our programmes, staff, and strategic objectives. This senior management role provides oversight across regulatory compliance, financial administration, human resources, information technology, facilities, and Board administration.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business administration, organisational management, human resources, nonprofit management, finance, or a related field, together with at least seven years of progressively responsible experience in operations, administration, or organisational management. A relevant master's degree or professional qualification is an asset. Demonstrated experience in organisational operations, staff supervision, risk management, policy review and development, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight. Knowledge of Bermuda employment requirements, privacy obligations, occupational safety and health requirements, and nonprofit governance is preferred.
