The post holder works under the general supervision of the Assistant Financial Secretary, International Tax and Corporate Regulations (Registrar of Companies). The Manager Operations is responsible for the development and management of the Department's finance, technology and operations strategies. This includes providing policy and technical advice to the Assistant Financial Secretary and engaging with departmental managers to enhance revenue streams and improve operational efficiency. The post holder will also ensure compliance with international standards in financial procedures and operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience in a senior management position in the public or private sector.
- Post-graduate qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Planning or related discipline.
- Must be a full member of an internationally recognized professional body (e.g., Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant).
- Familiarity with financial legislation, accounting controls, corporate governance, and reporting standards.
