Responsible for all aspects of diagnosing and repairing electronics equipment, including commercial and home televisions, cell phones, computers and tablets, and amplifiers and car audio equipment. The Senior Electronic Services Technician will also supervise the Electronic Services Technician to ensure customer enquiries and requests are met. This position entails extensive technical work involving microcircuits and board schematics.

Requirements

At least five (5) years' experience in electronics repair; expert knowledge in repairing iPads and Windows tablets; advanced knowledge of PC and Mac Technical troubleshooting; ability to read electronic board schematic diagrams; soldering and micro soldering skills; ability to trace and troubleshoot microcircuits; clear communication skills with customers; technical or vocational certification would be an asset.
