Minimum 10 years of direct client relationship management; Strong technical management and leadership background in consulting or managed services; Solid technical grounding across infrastructure: networking, operating systems, storage, systems management suites, virtualization, security, telephony, and deployment practices; Working knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices for IT service delivery; Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a changing environment; Experience running senior stakeholder meetings; Experience writing and responding to proposals; Self-starter who takes ownership for delivery of the projects in their portfolio; Exceptional, demonstrable leadership skills; Available 24x7 for client escalations and staff support; Hands-on telephony experience beyond escalation; Specific working knowledge of Mitel would be preferred; Experience working in a complex corporate culture or a rapidly growing business.
