This specialist role based in our Bermuda headquarters is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of crew administration, crew compensation, and deployment activities across our global fleet. Key responsibilities include managing international crew member records throughout the employee lifecycle, facilitating fleet compensation processes ensuring data accuracy across multi-jurisdictional data, acting as a central operational link between recruiting teams and shipboard operations, and monitoring data quality for compliance.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within an international company, preferably in crew administration, deployment, compensation administration, or global payroll operations. Proven experience working in a maritime, commercial shipping, hospitality, or other operationally complex international environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (managing large datasets, complex reconciliations, pivot tables, and data analysis). Demonstrated experience utilizing Power BI or similar corporate data visualization tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
