Lindo's Group of Companies is seeking an Assistant Manager and Qualified Butchers. The Assistant Manager will handle store management, ordering, staff scheduling, safety, and merchandising. Qualified Butchers will be responsible for meat preparation (frozen and fresh), using electrical equipment, and food safety. Both roles require working in a physically demanding environment, including Sundays, public holidays, and after-hours.

Requirements

Assistant Manager: 5+ years experience in store management, communication skills, ability to manage refrigeration/plant issues. Butchers: 5+ years experience in meat preparation, certification in food safety fundamentals, ability to lift 60lbs+ cases. Both: references required.
