Works under the direction of the Client Services Officer, this post is accountable for the intake and processing of all Immigration application types, including passports, travel documents, permission to reside, seek work, attend school, and more. The postholder will ensure quality service, minimize processing errors, and liaise with clients. This includes handling confidential information while maintaining compliance with the Bermuda Immigration & Protection Act 1956 and other relevant legislation. The role requires effective communication, organizational, and technical skills, alongside a customer service-oriented approach.

Requirements

Minimum two years relevant experience in a general office environment and a certificate course or equivalent in Office Administration/Office Skills. Alternatively, a BSC or equivalent with four years relevant experience may be considered.
