The post holder will carry out general duties and have supervisory responsibilities. Under the direction of a Superintendent, is responsible for planning work and the effective day to day operation of a crew of up to five employees. Responsibilities include managing a crew, maintaining and developing gardens, parks, and other areas.

Requirements

A minimum of five years working experience at a Skilled Gardener level and advanced knowledge and understanding of horticultural practices. Must have completed the Bermuda Secondary School Certificate (BSSC) or equivalent and at least two years additional certificated academic and practical training in horticulture. Also must have completed additional management training (i.e. Foreman's Skill course).

$71237.4 per year
