10+ years of operational management experience, ideally within security services, protective services, financial industry, logistics or another regulated, service delivery driven industry. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Banking or a related field is preferred. A master's degree is an asset. Applicants with equivalent/relevant operational experience will be considered. Experience managing multiple service lines or business units concurrently. Experience in the security services sector, deposit processing, including vault management services, treasury management and ATM management services. Knowledge of financial industry best practices and business unit functions and procedural documentation protocols. A solution focused management style with a demonstrated ability to assist where necessary and a proven track record of managing multiple, time sensitive priorities. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound operational decisions under pressure. Experience managing operating budgets and controlling costs at a divisional level. Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve service delivery issues directly.
