This specialist role based in our Bermuda headquarters supports the enhancement, internal control, and effectiveness of global crew-related processes through rigorous analysis, internal audit preparation, compliance monitoring, and systems automation initiatives.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of international company professional experience in corporate compliance, internal audit, systems testing, payroll operations, or crew administration. Proven background in a multi-jurisdictional environment, preferably within the maritime, logistics or highly regulated corporate sector. Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Direct experience with Power BI or similar data engineering/reporting tools. Superb cross-functional communication skills. Applicants must be Bermudians, Spouses of Bermudians, or Permanent Resident's Certificate holders.
