The Coinbase Bermuda team is seeking a Operations Manager who will report to the Coinbase Bermuda (CBBM and CBSL) Chief Operating Officer (COO). We oversee all aspects of Coinbase Bermuda operations - from product and regulatory operations, to service delivery, technology and outsourcing oversight. The Operations team also drives country-level growth initiatives that align - and change - CB Bermuda's business plans to Coinbase's global strategy.

Requirements

5+ years experience in financial services and proving oversight of operations strategy and outsourcing. Experience within a regulated financial institution (RPI), investment business with focus of trade supervision across crypto, equities or derivatives. High attention to detail: ability to produce content that could be shared externally with light review. The ability to support with developing new processes and improving existing processes to create efficiencies. Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of business functions, with an emphasis on senior management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. Prior experience navigating a BMA-regulated industry (Nice to have). Prior experience with digital assets (Nice to have).
