The post holder provides records management, administration, and clerical support to the Ministry. The post holder will have limited decision-making authority as all decisions are made within the established departmental policies and procedures. Duties include responding to inquiries regarding recruitment and selection, processing administrative documents, managing filing systems, and maintaining records, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

Minimum Education Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field of study; In lieu of an Associate's Degree, a Bermuda School Diploma or equivalent with four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered. Essential skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, customer service orientation, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with relevant legislation and policies. Experience in minute-taking and using Enterprise 1 (E1) system preferred.
