Role Overview The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the sales and operations teams. This role is responsible for assisting with customer quotes, managing the sales order process, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting inventory and delivery preparation. While primarily administrative, the role also includes some direct sales responsibilities, initially focused on end-user computing products such as desktops and notebooks from vendors including Dell and Lenovo, with opportunities to develop broader knowledge of enterprise IT solutions over time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare customer quotes for the sales team, primarily for end-user computing equipment including desktops, notebooks, and related accessories. Work with vendor portals and distributors to obtain pricing, availability, and technical specifications. Manage the lifecycle of orders from quotation through to delivery and completion. Track orders and provide regular updates to sales staff and customers regarding order status and delivery timelines. Coordinate with finance regarding invoicing, freight costs, and customs duties. Support sales efforts by assisting with product recommendations and solutions for customers in-store, in person and via email or phone. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records for technology equipment and monitor stock levels to reorder when required. Organize warehouse stock, receive incoming goods and verify against purchase orders. Pack and stage equipment to prepare for customer deliveries or technician installations, maintaining documentation for all goods received and dispatched.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements: Strong administrative and organizational skills with accuracy and follow-through. Experience in sales administration, quoting, order processing, or customer support preferred. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, and accessories is an advantage. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of IT solutions and infrastructure.
