The post holder is accountable for the effective scheduling and provision of the charter and sightseeing services by managing the available resources to meet demands. The post holder will make decisions regarding the appropriate allocation of manpower and vehicles; determines the quality standards of training content and delivery and vehicle presentation. Has the autonomy to manage the administrative duties and changes to administrative processes. Creates work schedules for bus operators, sightseeing coordinators and traffic supervisors. Approves the vacation of the Administrative Assistant.

Requirements

Must possess an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or relevant subject matter. Minimum of three (3) years experience working in transportation, one (1) year at the supervisory level. Consideration for candidates with six (6) years of experience in transportation, one (1) year at supervisory level, without formal educational requirements. Professional membership with the Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics or equivalent professional body would be an asset.

$92312.46 - 98677.83 per year
