The post holder provides records management, administration, and clerical support to the Ministry. The post holder will have limited decision-making authority as all decisions are made within the established departmental policies and procedures. Duties include responding to inquiries regarding recruitment, processing onboarding and termination forms, maintaining filing systems, assisting with annual employment surveys, and procuring goods and services for the Ministry.
Requirements
A minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience undertaking administrative support in a similar work environment. Must possess an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field of study, or Bermuda School Diploma (BSD) with a minimum of four (4) years' relevant experience. Experience in minute taking and with Enterprise 1 (E1) and electronic filing systems is an asset.
