We invite applications from qualified candidates to join our client, Coha Health, as a Clinical Service Manager. This is a full-time role for a friendly, organized professional who can assist with clinical procedures, manage patient flow, and support both administrative and retail operations within a busy clinic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with clinical procedures and patient flow, ensuring patients move through appointments efficiently. Manage appointment bookings, patient check-ins, and front desk support. Maintain retail operations, including pricing, labeling, stocking shelves, and organizing stockrooms (some lifting required). Monitor and order clinic and retail supplies, coordinating with the Sales Manager as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation within the clinic. Support the team with daily clinic operations and patient care.

Requirements

Key Requirements: 2+ years' experience in administrative, retail, customer service, or healthcare support roles. CPR / First Aid certifications. Experience with appointment scheduling, administrative coordination, and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and scheduling/CRM systems preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Must be a team player with a patient-focused approach. Willingness to work Saturdays.
