The post holder works as a Senior enforcement officer under the direct supervision of a Principal Compliance Officer and the general direction of the Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act 1956 and related policies, rules and regulations.
Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in an investigative type setting. Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline such as law enforcement, criminology, or equivalent. The post holder must possess a valid driver's license and may be expected to use his/her own transportation. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, six (6) years of relevant experience may be considered.
