Dunkley’s is looking for an experienced Office Assistant to work in our office and help support our customers. Among other responsibilities, the Office Assistant will be responsible for providing customer service to Dunkley’s customers, helping process customer orders and work with Dunkley’s Drivers to receive and process invoices. The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be very organized and be a great team player. The Customer Service Administrator works a 35 hour work week, Monday - Friday starting at 8:00 am with an hour for lunch.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Two plus years experience in a office administrator role; Experience receiving customer service phone calls required; Experience using computer software.
