FoodHub Bermuda seeks a business-focused, multi-concept operations leader to oversee island-wide restaurant brands and services. You'll drive efficiency, quality, and scalability while ensuring our operations meet high standards of performance and culture. The COO will lead the development of systems, teams, and processes that support sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing recruitment and training, preparing budgets and P&L reporting, and scaling operational systems organization-wide.

Requirements

3+ years multi-unit operations leadership. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Culinary Arts or qualified by experience. Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills. Excellent leadership and cross-cultural management capabilities. Familiarity with multi-location/hospitality environments.
