The Technician - Mechanic is a Master Technician responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing all DPT vehicles and equipment to manufacturer’s and DPT specifications. The role requires advanced knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnosis, and repair, as well as the ability to provide instructional training to junior mechanics.

Requirements

Successful achievement of all demonstrated competencies of a Master Technician Heavy Vehicle (Level 4 HV) typically requires 10+ years of mechanic experience. Must have expertise in at least two of four areas: electrician, air conditioning, fuel pump injection, and transmission repair. Bermuda National Certification: Master Technician Heavy Vehicle (Level 4 HV) or equivalent qualification. Proven record of excellent timekeeping and must be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
