Key responsibilities include assisting in planning and monitoring annual operating plans, managing inventory levels, procurement, warehouse efficiency, and store operations. The role involves leading and developing staff, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Requirements

High School Diploma, post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, or logistics preferred. - Management or supervisory training/certification (ILM, CMI). - Minimum 10 years experience in HVAC operations, warehousing logistics, or related roles, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity. - Valid Bermuda Driver's License. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
