Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all aspects of Front Office operations while providing guidance, support, and leadership to all Front Office team members. Responsibilities include conducting shift briefings, quality assurance inspections, resolving guest concerns, managing after-hours reservations, liaising with group contacts, and scheduling staff to meet service levels and labor cost goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in Front Desk / Guest Relations / Guest Services role in a luxury hotel environment is required. At least 1-year international experience in a luxury hotel is strongly preferred. Knowledge of computerized Front Office systems required with emphasis in Micros-Fidelio based programs (Opera Cloud). MS Office Suite is an asset.
