The Senior Account Manager is a leadership role within Conyers Management Services, responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, managing and developing a team of accountants, and acting as a senior technical and client-facing resource. This role requires deep technical accounting expertise, strong people leadership skills, and proven experience working with complex structures and regulatory requirements in Bermuda and other offshore jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services, reviewing annual financial statements, overseeing payroll services, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

A recognised professional accounting designation is required (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience and a demonstrated record of progressive responsibility. Secondary professional designation such as CFA, TEP or similar relevant qualification is an asset. Demonstrated working knowledge and practical experience with Bermuda payroll. Strong experience in financial statement preparation and audit coordination under IFRS and US GAAP. Experience producing complex trust financial statements. Working knowledge and proven experience with Segregated Accounts Companies (SACs). Demonstrated experience managing and reviewing the work of others.
