ACT is seeking to employ a Systems Engineer to join our team. As a member of our IT Services Team, you will be involved in a variety of support plan and project-based activities for our diverse client base. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Microsoft products (Exchange, Entra Id, Intune), Citrix Administration, VMware management, enterprise anti-virus management, networking (firewalls, switches, routers), patch management, and providing end-user support in large customer environments.

Requirements

Minimum of three years' experience working for an IT consulting-based organization handling multiple clients; ITIL certified and/or experience; technical project work experience; University or college degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent; Ability to work evenings and weekends as required; Will be required to participate in a paid on-call rotation; Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Certification, MCSE, MCP or MCSA Certification.
