Works under the direction of the Director of Family Services to manage and administer the Child Care Program, which provides day care for babies and preschool children. The postholder supervises staff in her care and monitors the delivery of the programme. The postholder arranges workshops to assist teachers with development and parents with child rearing. Duties include managing the provision of day care, ensuring adherence to policies, program evaluation, training and development of staff, and administrative responsibilities including budgeting and reporting.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years experience in the area of childcare. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, and completion of a supervisory management program.

$119083 per year
