These posts are accountable for providing efficient and confidential administrative support to the Commissioner and his designates of The Bermuda Police Service to enable them to discharge their duties and responsibilities in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities include acting as recording secretary for various meetings, maintaining diaries, handling correspondence, and coordinating departmental budgeting among other administrative tasks.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years' post-qualification experience undertaking senior administrative support in a multi-faceted and demanding office environment. An Associate's Degree in Business Management or equivalent is required. Knowledge of Government procedures is an asset. Must demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and have a strong understanding of legal terminology and financial instructions.

$82144.97 per year
