The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Departmental initiatives focused on enhancing the Conduct of Business supervisory framework(s) and for assisting with the assessment and analysis of regulated entities to comply with their Conduct of Business obligations. Key responsibilities include supporting supervision of regulated entities, assisting with customer complaint management, preparing reports on regulatory activities, conducting research, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, accounting, public policy, law, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in policy or supervision with a financial regulatory body or operations, risk, compliance or audit. Experience with stakeholder collaboration, conducting research, and interpreting data. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in interpreting applicable legislation and Code of Conduct regulations is an asset.
