Appleby requires the services of an experienced Legal Executive Assistant in our Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams. Principal duties include providing advanced secretarial support to a team of assigned lawyers, managing complex travel arrangements, preparing legal documents and court bundles, drafting affidavits and summonses, managing calendars, and processing monthly invoices.

Requirements

A minimum of five years of experience in a senior secretarial role or a minimum of three years of experience providing secretarial support in a law firm/legal environment. Experience working in a shared support environment. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Outlook), Client Management Systems (CMS), and Document Management Systems (DMS).
