The Bermuda Monetary Authority (Authority or BMA) is seeking a skilled individual to work as a Senior Analyst in our Supervision (Insurance, Funds and Corporate Authorisations) Department. Reporting to the Principal, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for performing supervisory reviews of a compliance nature, statutory return analysis, solvency capital evaluation, and monitoring a portfolio of life (re)insurance companies.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or insurance-related field; Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience working within the financial services industry; Working knowledge of US, Asia and/or European regulatory systems; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
