Working under the direction of the Administrative Officer, the post holder is responsible for providing reception coverage and customer service to the clients and visitors of the Department. The post holder is also responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties to support the department in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. The post holder makes routine decisions and takes actions within established guidelines on the operations of the Reception area, including decisions on the delivery of front line services to users.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a busy business or legal office environment carrying out receptionist and clerical duties. A certificate in office skills or equivalent qualification of one (1) year's duration. Possession of any level of CILEX certification is an asset. Must be able to work after hours as required.

$63539.97 per year
