Carey Olsen Services Bermuda Limited is looking for a Senior Corporate Administrator to join one of Bermuda's newest and fastest-growing corporate service provider businesses. The post holder will be responsible for independently managing a portfolio of client entities, including more complex structures and transactions, within our Corporate Services Provider team. You will take ownership of client relationships, deliver high-quality corporate services and provide technical expertise across a broad range of governance, regulatory and transactional matters. Key duties include managing a portfolio of complex client entities, acting as primary relationship manager, providing technical guidance to junior members, coordinating board meetings, managing client onboarding in accordance with AML/ATF, and preparing client invoices.

Requirements

At least 5 years' client-facing corporate services experience; Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act 1981, the Beneficial Ownership Act 2025 and all other statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to Bermuda entities; Experience using Viewpoint entity management software would be advantageous; Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Must hold a Chartered Governance Professional designation from the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA).
