In this role you will:

Complete customer due diligence and onboarding and remediation checks as defined by HSBC policies and regulatory requirements
Collect, review, and analyze customer documentation; update systems and complete related administrative tasks
Identify exceptions and issues and escalate cases requiring additional review
Ensure all processes and documents meet risk management, audit, and regulatory standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or similar)
Strong experience within a bank or financial institution
Experience in regulatory-related account opening and due diligence; including a solid understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
Strong problem solving, time management, customer service, and communication skills
