Assistant Corporate Manager to join one of Bermuda's newest and fastest-growing corporate service provider businesses. The post holder will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client entities and supporting the Corporate Manager in the day-to-day leadership of the Corporate Services Provider team. Key duties include managing a portfolio of complex client entities, supervising and developing junior colleagues, acting as a senior point of contact for clients, and ensuring regulatory obligations are met. Standard working hours are 9am to 5pm with 60 minutes per day for lunch (35 hours per week).

Requirements

At least 7 years' client-facing corporate services experience; Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act 1981, the Beneficial Ownership Act 2025 and all other statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to Bermuda entities; Experience using Viewpoint entity management software would be advantageous; Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Must hold a Chartered Governance Professional designation (e.g. Associate or Fellow) from the Chartered Governance Institute.
