In this role you will: Drive and own strategy to enable high performance across risk metrics for Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), including governance, oversight, risk reporting, and management of issue and incidents. Collaborate within Chief Operating Office Risk and Control team to ensure all issues and actions are tracked appropriately, and act as key escalation for outcomes and activities across the CIB business. Ensure the CIB business has strong working understanding of all policies and procedures. Identify and help resolve process and procedure pain points and challenges working with relevant teams and functions where needed. Support the automation of manual processes to drive improved ease of control effectiveness and make risk management easier across teams.
