This senior-level role will focus on handling a broad range of complex commercial litigation and advisory matters, representing clients in contentious proceedings and providing strategic legal advice across various areas of practice. Requirements
Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience of substantial commercial litigation including corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, trust, employment, (re)insurance claims, and personal injury. Proven record as effective advocate in high level contentious litigation and arbitration. Experience in advising, mentoring and training pupils and junior associates. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, advocacy, drafting and research skills. Excellent marketing skills and ability to develop new business. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
