The post is accountable for the implementation of the Ministry of Education's vision for early childhood education and development, the transformation of early childhood education and development programmes and services, and the provision of strategic support and management of the operations of the Early Childhood Education Section. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality learning from birth through age 8, managing staff duties in accordance with approved curriculum, and coordinating communication regarding early childhood education and development.

Requirements

Must possess a Master's Degree in early childhood education or the equivalent, or an undergraduate degree in early childhood education or the equivalent with a relevant Master's degree. Minimum of five (5) years of post-degree experience in early childhood education and development, including at least three (3) years of senior management experience. Must possess excellent leadership, management, and administrative skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
