Acumen Management Ltd. is seeking an exceptionally senior, part time Company Secretarial & Governance Consultant to support complex, regulated clients. Key Responsibilities include leading end to end corporate secretarial delivery for regulated entities, acting as primary governance adviser to boards and board committees of licensed financial services and (re)insurance entities, providing hands on interpretation and application of Bermuda regulatory requirements, and independently drafting statutory filings.
Requirements
Chartered Secretary qualification with current, active membership of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) in good standing. Minimum 15 years' post qualification experience providing governance and company secretarial advice to boards of Bermuda regulated entities. Demonstrable experience dealing directly with the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). Significant prior experience in a senior consulting, advisory, or professional services firm. Educated to degree standard.
