The Executive Director for the Chubb Bermuda Foundation is primarily responsible for delivering on the overarching Mission and Focus of the Foundation. Key duties include collaborating with the Global Corporate Giving team, identifying opportunities for meaningful change locally in Bermuda, acting as the public face of the Foundation, and managing day-to-day operations inclusive of budgeting and charitable giving execution. The role involves managing regional employee committees and promoting employee volunteerism.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Social Sciences, or a related field. - Minimum of five years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, corporate social responsibility, community engagement, public affairs, or a related field. - Experience managing programs, budgets, reporting, and day-to-day operations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to attend community events and meetings as needed. - Ability to work flexible hours occasionally.
