The Clinical Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of Patient Care Administration for the Dialysis Unit. In accordance with our accreditation and other regulatory bodies, recommending, developing and implementing policies and procedures in these areas and keeping the Nurse Executive informed of both progress and potential problems. In collaboration with other service areas, maintaining operational aspects of the patient care Unit. The Clinical Manager will be always accountable for safe patient care delivery and customer service within their Unit.

Requirements

Bachelor Science Degree Nursing (BSN), required. Masters Degree (MSN), preferred. Five years management experience (either in a supervisory or functional area). Broad based clinical knowledge and competencies, including a minimum of 5 years current continuous experience with Dialysis patients and modalities. Demonstrated behavior congruent with organizational values. Demonstrated leadership competencies as defined by the Bermuda Hospitals Board. Current Registration with Bermuda Nursing Council. Current BLS. ACLS an asset.
