Deliver revenue growth as per the Financial Resource Plan (FRP), and in line with GTS Europe targets, whilst ensuring robust profitability and returns. Maintain a high degree of sales intensity across the frontline team. Demonstrate flexibility and creative thinking when developing client solutions and solving for internal/external challenges. Ensure high-quality customer experience. Exhibit strong understanding of new revenue sources and contribute to the development of new GTS propositions. Ensure connectivity to the wider trade finance industry and adapt to regulatory and market infrastructure changes.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue growth and sales targets through a client and solution-centric approach. Detailed knowledge of the trade finance business. Broad corporate/commercial banking and relationship management experience. Product management, business planning and financial management experience. Highly developed leadership and management skills, with experience in team building and managing a wide range of projects.
