We seek qualified, highly motivated, and experienced professionals to work in a supportive but demanding environment at the Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute (MWI). The Shift Supervisor is responsible for frontline leadership and oversight of Security Officers, ensuring delivery of safe, consistent, and therapeutic security services. The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of required behavioral health, crisis intervention, and safety training. Supervisor requires min 2 years experience; Officer requires min 1 year experience in security, law enforcement, military, or healthcare safety.

Salary

$1056.97 - 1193.35
