The General Duties include but are not limited to assisting the Aviation Security Manager with:

• Management and evaluation of team members
• Operational responsibility for critical services within a 24/7/365 on-call ecosystem.
• Execution of threat/risk assessment, management of security incident and contingency planning.
• Management, delivery and evaluation of oSecurity training
• Coordination and support with client(s), National Agencies and Regulatory bodies.
• Management of the company and client’s Emergency Plan(s).
• Management of audits, inspections and tests to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with client(s), regulatory bodies Both Local and International agencies and law enforcement.
• Conducting joint compliance activities with regulators.
• Production and maintenance of formal procedures and manuals surrounding security.
• Execution e of ad-hoc security investigations

Minimum Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience, post University graduation with a degree in Aviation, Maritime, National Security, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Alternatively, 5 years’ experience in a Supervisory or Management role, and/or Military Service (Non-Commission or Commission Level)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for effective reporting and presentations.
• Exceptional organizational and decision-making skills inclusive of project management capability.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively across all levels of the organization
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong in meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
