This post provides respectful personal and basic clinical care; practical and emotional support to elders, enabling the elders to direct their own care needs and maintain a positive quality of life within the limits of their health status. Duties include providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for the elders.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year's relevant experience working with the elderly in a residential care facility or other relevant environment is required. Certificate in Nursing Assistant or equivalent. Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse Associate with the Bermuda Nursing and Midwifery Council. Must maintain CPR certification and registration with the Bermuda Nursing and Midwifery Council while practicing in Bermuda.

Salary

$64059.35 per year
