On behalf of our client, Insulcon Maintenance Limited, we are seeking Carpenter(s) and Top Grade Mason(s) for residential maintenance, construction, repair, restoration and installation. Carpenters will construct timber formwork, floors, walls, and more, finishing with stain, paint or varnish. Masons will construct masonry and concrete formwork, rebar, footings, and more. Both roles involve interpreting plans, working with contractors, and instructing laborers. Must be physically fit and able to lift material and climb scaffolding. Must work extended hours on weekdays, weekends and overtime as required.

Requirements

At least 5 years' experience in the respective trade; Ability to interpret plans; Knowledge of all tools/materials; Physically fit to lift materials and climb scaffolding; Clean police clearance certificate; Zero tolerance for drug and alcohol abuse (pre-employment testing may be administered); Own transportation is an asset.
