The successful candidates will assist Sheet Metal Mechanics and Technicians with the fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal products and equipment, while learning the trade under the guidance of experienced staff. Work is performed in both a shop setting and outside on various types of jobs/construction sites. Duties include assisting with construction of ducts and hoods for HVAC systems, transporting materials, setting up equipment, and maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements

Willingness to learn the sheet metal trade; Ability to safely lift, carry and handle materials; Basic understanding of hand tools; Good communication skills; Reliable and punctual; Valid driver's license preferred; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
