We are seeking an HR Partner-Recruitment with full-cycle recruiting experience. The HR Partner-Recruitment will work with hiring managers to define, refine, and execute search strategies for posts at all levels of the Government of Bermuda. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role by identifying, assessing, and sourcing top talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The HR Partner-Recruitment must work effectively within a high volume, multi-client recruiting environment and have a demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from various stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Additional qualifications or certifications may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
