The Bermuda Airport Authority is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join its executive leadership team. The CAO is a key senior role responsible for leading the Authority's corporate governance and enabling functions, ensuring strong organisational performance, regulatory compliance, digital capability, and people development. The role provides oversight of Human Resources, Information Technology, Enterprise Risk Management, Policy Development, and Quality and Compliance. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and the wider leadership team, the CAO plays a central role in strengthening governance and ensuring alignment with international aviation and public authority standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in corporate governance, aviation, administration, risk management, technology oversight, or related executive functions within complex or regulated environments; Professional certifications in risk, quality, HR, or governance (e.g., ISO, ERM, HR leadership, compliance-related certifications) will be considered; Must be able to obtain a Skyport Restricted Airside Pass.
