Works under the general direction of the Transport and Equipment Manager to provide support for the administrative duties of the Transportation and Equipment Section at the Quarry. Assists with clerical and general bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable and payroll related tasks.

Requirements

Should possess a good standard of English and Mathematics. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience using computerized accounting software. Possess an ability to adapt to new procedures of operation. Sound communication skills including written and verbal. Abide by all Safety & Health rules & regulations as required. Minimum three years experience in a Senior Clerk or administrative position. Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory position, with ILM or equivalent certification. Successful completion of Certificate of Office Assistants programme (Bermuda College) or equivalent.
